It is our pleasure to welcome you, and you can expect to meet with colleagues in other sections of the ABA on a regular basis as you make your way through the Conference. We have organized your registration process so that you have an opportunity on the first day to make sure that your schedule is still clear, and you have enough time to get through the Conference. Please ensure that you review all the registration deadlines. These deadlines have been announced in various ways on this webpage and in brochures distributed at the Conference. Many of you may wonder: Is there a fee to register for admission to the Conference? There is not. Each registrant is simply asked to supply the name, phone number, and email address where the registrant can be reached in the event of technical difficulties in our program materials. We do not charge admission tickets to the Conference. If you do not wish to register for admission and are planning to bring your ABA-sponsored organization to the Conference, we would encourage you to provide this information as an advance deposit as part of your registration. Because of high demand, we have limited reservations, so you will need to sign up for the Conference in advance. To take advantage of this special offer, email outlining your interest in attending an ABA National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law and indicating that you intend to hold your organization accountable as an employer for the legal obligations of your compliance with the Anti-Discrimination Act (ADA) and the Equal Pay Act (EPA) by making sure you attend the Conference this year. We know that there is a lot to take in at this time, but our hope is that you can use the opportunity to schedule a meeting with a colleague or colleague at a location convenient to you. Affiliate Programs Fairmont The Conference Registration fee is 50.00 (60 for ABA Membership) for the conference alone, and 85.00 (100 for ABA Membership) for hotel accommodations. The Committee worked hard to find affordable lodging. We hope that this will be a productive experience for many in attendance.
