The superintendent is authorized to distribute such amount as in his opinion is necessary to relieve the cemetery fund committee of any further expense. Effective Date: 07-01-1985. (A) The superintendent of crematories and crematory establishments shall have the rights granted to the superintendent under sections 5304.031, 5304.032, and 5304.03218 of the Revised Code. The rights granted to the superintendent include, but are not limited to, the right to obtain the following types of documents from an applicant or registrant: (1) The registrant's application. (2) A copy of the applicant's crematory registration document. (3) An applicant's or registrant's crematory operation agreement. (B) All documents provided by a registrant are confidential. Effective Date: 08-22-1995.
