How to fill out oil

01
Step 1: Begin by ensuring that your vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine has cooled down.
02
Step 2: Open the hood of your car and locate the oil dipstick. It is usually labeled and has a brightly colored handle.
03
Step 3: Pull the dipstick out and wipe it clean with a rag or paper towel.
04
Step 4: Reinsert the dipstick into its tube and push it all the way back in.
05
Step 5: Take out the dipstick again and check the oil level. It should be between the minimum and maximum marks on the dipstick.
06
Step 6: If the oil level is low, locate the oil filler cap. It is typically labeled and can be found on top of the engine.
07
Step 7: Unscrew the oil filler cap and pour the appropriate amount of oil into the engine using a funnel for accuracy.
08
Step 8: After adding oil, wait for a few moments to allow it to settle, then recheck the oil level with the dipstick.
09
Step 9: If the level is still low, add more oil gradually until it reaches the recommended level.
10
Step 10: Once the oil level is correct, securely tighten the oil filler cap.
11
Step 11: Finally, close the hood of your vehicle and you have successfully filled out the oil.
