NO SMOKING Allowed inside Tenant agrees to keep the residence Clean, dry and sanitary. This would include, as an initial condition, no smoking, and no animals. The Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the Landlord will provide the following services on the premises; Furniture cleaning, maintenance and repair, and repairs, and cleaning of walls, ceilings, floors, and plumbing and wiring. The Tenant agrees that the premises were well maintained prior to his occupancy as per the previous lease, and that he will maintain these items in a clean and sanitary condition at time of Tenancy. This includes, as an initial condition, no smoking, and no animals. The Tenant will allow Landlord access at reasonable times to perform and maintain the above stated services. If he fails to comply he shall be liable for the reasonable cost of performing the duties of the landlord set forth herein. ALL ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT MUST BE TAKEN DOWN, AND REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO BEDTIME. NO UNLAWFUL TOWING WILL ACCEPT OF ANY LEGAL LIABILITY OF THE TENANT OR OTHERS INVOLVED AS A RESULT OF SUCH MADE UNLAWFUL TOWING AND NO REQUIRED LODGING WILL ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY ACCEPTED. IN THE EVENT THE TENANT SHOULD HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH THE HANDS OR HANDS IN SPOTS, HE OR SHE WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE REASONABLE COST OF REMOVAL OF SUCH PROBLEMS, PROVIDED THAT THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED WITH THE TENANT. ALL SUCH PROBLEMS SHALL BE CLEARLY HANDLED. NO REPRESENTATION WILL BE MADE AS TO THE STATEMENTS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, NOR SHALL ANY REPRESENTATION BE MADE UNDER ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE STATUTE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY LAW OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.
