If you wish to receive a fee waiver for any reason, in addition to the fee, you must complete the form and return it to the Division no later than May 1, 2018. It must be submitted prior to January 12, 2018. Fees are per year, with the following exceptions:
An individual who possesses a valid license to practice, who is employed by the state or a municipality or a non-profit entity, with a permit or permit practicing issued pursuant to article 24 or 75 of the Alaska statutes, and who meets the other requirements of this article will be allowed a one-time fee waiver. This fee is currently 225. The initial application fee for a newly registered agent is 50.

3. Application fees. A fee of 400 is required for a regular license and 525 for an abbreviated license. There is no fee for an agent or business that is renewing and has lost its license, has a revoked license, is under a suspension, or is exempt from licensing because it is a community association or religious entity. The licensing entity will determine the fee amount.
