This is about empowering the local church, that your local church is the focal point in where people hear about Jesus, engage with Jesus, and grow in Jesus. It's about evangelism, your church, and your community. And knowing that each one of us, no matter how big our church is — how quickly our church doubles in attendance isn't always as dependent on the pastor as much as dependent it is on us in finding those unsaved family members, friends, work colleagues, and strangers.
