Funding will be provided via summer funding stipend or Federal Work Study award. 1L and JSD students are guaranteed up to $7,560 if they work a 9 week, full-time work schedule. 2L students who are doing a second summer in public interest law and work a 9 week, full-time work schedule will receive up to $8,560.
Scholarships and Grants Most scholarships are conferred by individual law schools. Some organizations may also have scholarships to offer. Among them are local bar associations; fraternities, sororities, and other social clubs; religious or business organizations; and the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
