Hi my name is Kimberly Pined with Academic Technology and Creative Services. This tutorial will show you how to set up a Sac link account to access Sacco courses. You will need a Sac link Account to access Sacco courses. A Sac link account consists of a username and password that serve as a global ID to access various services at Sacramento State, including Sacco courses, the Sac State portal, Sac link Email, Library resources, among other services. Enrolled students can set up an account, online from the Sac link registration website. There are two ways to access the Sac link registration webpage. From the Sacramento State website, you can go to the Quick Links menu, and select Sac link. Or if you are at the Sac State Portal, click the Username/Password help link from the Log In area. This will open up the Sac link Accounts and Passwords page where you can activate your Sac link account, view your Sac link email, reset your password, or view FAQ’s. On the left you will see Create or Verify your account section. To activate your Sac link account you will need to enter the following information: your last name, month and day of birth, your Acetate ID or the last four digits of your social security number. After entering that information Click Verify Your Identity. To complete your Sac link account activation, choose your Sac link username and create a password. You should be able to use your Sac link account right away to access Sacco. However, if you are an open university student, it may take 1-2 business days before you can log into the Sacco system to access courses.
