How do I fill out form FL-160?

Based on the type of declaration you need to provide, there are different columns and items you have to fill out. Use one copy of this form for your community/quasi-community property declaration and another copy for a separate property declaration. Quasi-community property is a property you own outside of California, but if it was located within the state borders, it would be a community property. When you need to report your this kind of property in the declaration as an attachment to a petition or response, fill out column A in the table on all 3 pages. When you file a separate property declaration, complete columns A and F on pages 1 and 2, columns A and D on page 3. If you’re filing an attachment to Declaration of Disclosure (form FL-140), fill out columns A through E on pages 1 and 2, columns A through C on page 3. Finally, if the purpose of this form is an attachment to Request to Enter Default or Judgment, complete all the columns of the table.
