Hi everyone that breaking news is coming out of Williamson County tonight we're we're told an arrest is being made in the recent rash of school threats they've had their there were just two today alone let's go right live now to Williamson County Central Schools office and Dr Mike Mooney the superintendent of schools let's listen in here the ladies and gentlemen sitting at the table with me, they represent a unified front to make sure that we eliminate the kinds of behaviors that we've been experiencing in Williamson County Schools for the past couple of days I am pleased to report that we have with the support of law enforcement men and the rest this evening for one of the threats that was made at one of our school today, and we're very hopeful that we can get some additional arrests made in the letting to the other campuses in the days to come at this point in time I'd like to turn the matter over to sheriff long who might be able to give an update from his perspective and I work together sheriff we're currently still doing the investigations from the instance we had to today we had one at Raven wood high school and then wanted heritage middle school as Dr Luna stated there has been a juvenile petition issue in the heritage middle school incident we're still investigating the Raven wood situation we also in the past week have had other instance at some other schools there was also an arrest made on the independence high school situation during the week, so the investigations are ongoing, and we're going to follow those leads until we're able to solve the issues we'll just keep going on the table I just like to add that we are willing to offer our support in any capacity possible to assist the Sheriff's Department and the school system for the schools that are located in Brentwood, and we'll do everything that we can possibly do to have our presence known and assist in the investigation to going forward emergency management continues to work with Williamson County Schools in the Sheriff's Department and other law enforcement partners in whatever response is necessary for these events and in trying to mitigate them our district attorney I would just add that when these petitions are filed in juvenile court if the folks involved are juveniles that we will pursue them aggressively as appropriate, and I think what parents need to recognize as well as young folks who may be involved with some of these threats is that one of the conditions that we would seek in terms of any kind of adjudication would be restitution and during our discussion earlier it became apparent that the amount of restitution in these cases I run into the thousands of dollars because of the intensive effort by law enforcement emergency management fire officials all who are having to spend over time extra time come in early stay late on shifts to address the threat, so I think that that something parents need to recognize particularly when they're speaking with your children...
