You can claim a maximum of 25 PDUs through Giving Back PDUs. By working in your certified role, you can earn PDUs by applying your knowledge and skills in a practical setting. If you are working in a project management-related role, you can earn up to 8 PDUs as working as a practitioner.
This group includes the PMI-PPRC. PDU Rules to keep in mind: 1 PDU is awarded for 1 hour of volunteer (non-compensated) service. You may not earn more than a total of 25 PDUs, per 3-year cycle, in the Giving Back To The Profession Category if you hold the PMP/PgMP/PfMP/PMI-PBA credentials.
