jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion. This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements, hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here! I am available eastern time M-F 11a-1p and 5pm-9pm . thanks

The "30% rule" in AI is a guideline suggesting AI should handle about 70% of routine tasks, freeing humans for the critical 30% that requires creativity, judgment, and ethical oversight, promoting augmentation over replacement, though some interpretations focus on using AI for a third of content creation with human-driven refinement. It emphasizes an augmented workforce where AI boosts efficiency by managing mundane work (like data entry or initial drafts) and humans focus on high-value activities (like strategic planning or complex problem-solving). This video explains the core concept of the 70/30 rule in AI: 1mAgentic WaveYouTube · Oct 8, 2025Core Concepts Augmentation: AI handles the repetitive, data-heavy lifting (70%), enhancing productivity. Human Focus: Humans concentrate on the 30% requiring critical thinking, empathy, and strategic insight. Examples: In healthcare, AI detects anomalies (70%), humans interpret and decide (30%); in finance, AI flags fraud (70%), humans investigate. Different Applications Productivity: Automate tasks like first-pass modeling or drafting outlines, leaving humans to refine and add nuance. Learning: Learners use AI for foundational research (70%) but provide the core ideas and analysis (30%). Content Creation: AI generates initial content (like a first draft), but humans add the unique voice and quality control. A contractor might not pull permits to cut costs and speed up a project, avoid complex inspections (especially for specialized trades like plumbing/electrical), hide unlicensed work, or bypass accountability, but it's a major red flag signaling potential legal, safety, and financial risks for the homeowner, including fines, denied insurance claims, and difficulty selling the property later. Common Reasons Contractors Avoid Permits Saving Time & Money: Permit fees and the time spent waiting for approvals and inspections can add to project costs and delays. Unlicensed/Uninsured Status: An unlicensed or uninsured contractor knows their work might not pass inspections and fears losing their license or getting caught. Complexity/Coordination Issues: A general contractor might lack the specific trade license (e.g., plumbing, electrical) and struggle to coordinate with a licensed subcontractor, so they skip the permit altogether. Hiding Substandard Work: Permits require inspections to ensure code compliance; avoiding them allows contractors to use cheaper materials or cut corners without oversight. Avoiding Accountability: Permits place responsibility on the contractor for the quality and safety of the work, which they may want to avoid. "Like-for-Like" Exemption Misinterpretation: They might claim a permit isn't needed for simple replacements (like a vanity), even if plumbing or electrical connections technically require one. Risks for Homeowners Safety Hazards: Uninspected work can be dangerous (e.g., faulty wiring, plumbing leaks). Fines & Fees: The city can impose fines or require expensive tear-outs for unpermitted work, notes Angi. Insurance Issues: Your homeowner's insurance might deny claims for damage from unpermitted work. Property Value/Sale Problems: Unpermitted additions or renovations can devalue a home and complicate or halt sales, requiring costly "back-permitting" or removal, say WAMU and Reddit users. What to Do Insist on Permits: A legitimate contractor should be willing to pull permits and handle inspections. Verify License: Check their license and insurance with your state's licensing board. Confirm Final Payment: Make the final payment only after receiving the final "approved" inspection report, notes White Lake Township.
