What is Apft Chart?

The Apft Chart, also known as the Army Physical Fitness Test Chart, is a standardized chart used by the United States Army to assess the physical fitness of its soldiers. It is designed to measure strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels. The Apft Chart includes various exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, and a two-mile run. By analyzing the performance of these exercises, the Apft Chart provides a comprehensive assessment of a soldier's physical capabilities.

What are the types of Apft Chart?

There are two types of Apft Charts: the Active Duty Chart and the Reserve/Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Chart. The Active Duty Chart is used to evaluate the physical fitness of active-duty soldiers, while the ROTC Chart is specifically designed for evaluating the fitness of Reserve and ROTC cadets. Both charts follow the same standards and include the same exercises, but their scoring criteria may vary slightly.
