SAM renewal process: How to renew SAM Registration Go to www.sam.gov. Enter your login credentials. Click on “Register/Update Entity.” Click on “Complete Registrations.” (Use “Incomplete Registrations” if your registration is incomplete.)

If you have not logged in and updated your entity registration record within at least the past 365 days, your record will Expire and go into an inactive status.
