Sign in to your PayPal account. Click Profile. Click My Money. Under "My Pre-Approved Payments," click Update. Select a merchant's name to see the associated PayPal Billing Agreement Number.
Click the word Cancel under the preapproved payment. A prompt will appear that asks you to confirm the payment cancellation. Click Cancel payment to complete the process and cancel the PayPal transaction.
