Do you really want me to tell you what I think about PDFFiller? I am about to jump out of my skin with this program & I just started using it. I have not used hardly any of the features it has! Sending me a follow-up survey is not going to only do one thing? I'll tell the world how excellent this software is!

This is a great program. Easy to use and print and save to my computer. However, I would have liked the option to subscribe and pay by the month instead of an entire year at once.

License Granting As mentioned, the primary purpose of an EULA is to grant a license of use for an app to an end user. Because of this, every end-user license agreements should have a section that explicitly states that a license is being granted. Below is an example of a clause in an EULA that covers license granting.
In proprietary software, an end-user license agreement (EULA) or software license agreement is the contract between the licensor and purchaser, establishing the purchaser's right to use the software. The installation of the software is conditional to the user clicking a button labelled "accept".
They're called End User License Agreements, or EULAs. Frequently, you aren't even able to see a EULA until after you've purchased the item it covers. Although there has been some controversy over whether these agreements are enforceable, several courts have upheld their legitimacy.
An EULA isn't a legally binding contract because it's not a contract. It's an agreement between two parties, and it's set up in a way that the license holder really doesn't have any rights within the agreement, but it's not actually a legally binding document.
eLua stands for Embedded Lua and the project offers the full implementation of the Lua Programming Language to the embedded world, extending it with specific features for efficient and portable software embedded development.
An end-user license agreement, also known as a EULA, is the contract established between the licensor and the licensee of a product. The licensee likely thinks of themselves as a purchaser, but the EULA establishes their right to use a piece of proprietary software as a license not ownership.
An End User License Agreement (EULA) is a contract that is in place between the software's user and developer, specifying how the customer is allowed to use the product.
A software license agreement is the legal contract between the licensor and/or author and the purchaser of a piece of software which establishes the purchaser's rights. A software license agreement details how and when the software can be used, and provides any restrictions that are imposed on the software.
An End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal contract between a software application author or publisher and the user of that application. The user can refuse to enter into the agreement by returning the software product for a refund or clicking "I do not accept" when prompted to accept the EULA during an install.
Short for End-User License Agreement, the type of license used for most software. As in typical legal contracts, the EULA protects both parties from liability if the software is used in a way not intended by the manufacturer or author.
