To hide a field: In either Layout or Design view, select the Design tab, then locate the Tools group. Click the Property Sheet command. The Property Sheet will appear in a pane on the right. On the form, select the field you want to hide.
Open the query and switch to Design view. Locate the field you want to hide. Click the checkbox in the Show: row to uncheck it. Unchecking a field to hide it. To see the updated query, select the Run command. The field will be hidden.
