Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Although state laws can vary, living wills generally do not expire while you are alive, absent special circumstances or your express intent.
Wills are perpetual by nature, which means once the testator proofs and validates his will, it will never terminate. In this regard, a will can never actually expire, and there is no restriction that limits the time during which a will is still valid.
How Long Is A Will Valid?? The mere passage of time has no effect on the validity of the will. Individuals and families experience life changes every 2 to 5 years. So even though a will remains valid, the individual and family's needs change.
Do wills expire or have to be renewed? No, they do not. A will is good indefinitely or at least until it is revoked. However, based on changes in life circumstances - death, divorce, the birth of a child, etc - you may want to periodically up-date your Will.
A copy of a will is sometimes legal, but generally only after court proceedings establish it to be a true reproduction of the original and under circumstances where the original is lost. ... In the absolute absence of an original will, most state courts have alternate rules for admitting a copy into probate.
Most people revoke one will by making another, which supersedes the old one. That's why most wills begin with a sentence like "I hereby revoke all previous wills and codicils." (A codicil is an addition to a will; they aren't very common these days.)
Is a Living Will Valid After Death? When you become unable to make your own medical decisions, someone else must make those decisions for you. ... Since a living will does not provide directions for what happens after a patient dies, it is not valid after death.
If you die without a will, it means you have died "intestate." When this happens, the intestacy laws of the state where you reside will determine how your property is distributed upon your death. This includes any bank accounts, securities, real estate, and other assets you own at the time of death.
The Difference Between An Advance Care Directive and a Living Will. Advance directives are oral and written instructions about future medical care should your parent become unable to make decisions (for example, unconscious or too ill to communicate). ... A living will is one type of advance directive.
Many states recognize an out-of-state Living Will as long as the document complies with the laws of the state where it was signed or the state's own laws. In several states, out-of-state documents will only be valid to the extent they are consistent with the laws of the new state. Some states do not address this topic.
