Select a place in your signature where you would like to add a QR code, click the Placeholder or AD attributes button (depending on your software) on the signature template editor's ribbon, and go to Other > QR Code image (Fig. 2.).
Click "Add-Ins" tab in a new Word document. Activate the barcode setting panel by clicking "Insert Barcode". Switch to "Mailings" and click "Start Mail Merge" -> "Labels". Select the label size in the pull-down menu and click "Select Recipients".
Select a QR code generator. Choose the type of content you're promoting. Enter your data in the form that appears. Consider downloading a dynamic QR code. Customize it. Test the QR code to make sure it scans. Share and distribute your QR code. Track and analyze performance.
A QR code can be easily created containing your phone number and your pre-written text message so that when scanned it opens up the SMS client on the phone of the person scanning it, and then pre-populates the To number field and the Message field with the information you placed into the QR code.
Open the QR code you want to save. Press the PrtScr key on your keyboard. Open the Paint app on your computer. Press Ctrl + V on your keyboard. Click the Save icon on the top-left. Enter a file name for your screenshot. Select where you want to save your QR code screenshot. Click the Save button.
Click on 'Create QR Code' Choose 'PDF' QR Code. Upload your PDF. Customize your QR code. Generate and download it in your preferred format.
