The extra options such as notary and other things like fax are not free or easily accessible to find out how they work in advance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Converting PDF to JPG is a huge problem being solved. Also, easily changing a date on a flyer that is a PDF.

Restaurants are quick to provide such receipts and since they're computerized, you can always phone the restaurant several days later and, with the date and exact time from the “totaled” receipt, you should be able to secure a copy of the itemized one.
You can ask. If you paid in cash, I doubt they'd comply. (They make more money on a return without a receipt. They refund the lowest advertised/clearance price for the item, or give you a store credit - that's a win win - for them).
