What do you like best?
The ability to easily sign documentation, and have these pages sent directly to their intended recipients from one location. That it is cloud based and it's easy ability to integrate with our existing customer support solutions and office365
What do you dislike?
Their is very little to dislike by this platform, but the ability to add multiple sources for example if I want to print and email a copy of a document at once would be good. It's quite clunky at the moment, requiring us to save and then go back into the system and request print when we need a hard copy of the documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, and very competitive pricing. If you compare this product with the more expensive competition it does all of the same things but at considerable less cost. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone looking at obtaining signatures or sharing documentation via the cloud. The control panel is very innovative and makes requesting/creating documentation very easy for end users.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have literally saved countless reams of paper and many man hours through using this software. Documents can be electronically signed, and sent and you can even request a signature for documents. Collaborating with staff and end users is made very easy through the user interface that is provided and you can easily see which users have signed the documentation or even request reminders when documents remain in a pending state.

It is extremely user friendly and great to use for both professional purposes.

I did run into some glitches and contacted customer service, but they said they were unable to view my documents to remedy the problem.

I am sorry…..I am having a hard time. It is completely my own fault. And that is because I am computer illiterate. So I am trying to learn this stuff for the first time completely on my own. I wish I had someone to point me in the right direction. I already tried to watch You Tube. But it didn’t quite help. I am a total newbie. Beyond a newbie even, I guess. So sad….

What do you like best? The app notifies me of when someone fills out my form. What do you dislike? The integration from the link in the email to the app on my phone. For some reason, there is a disconnect. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have customizations and processes you wish to conform E-signature function in your documents, PDF Filler is a great tool. Great for contract-heavy and approval-required documents for our business. Great for folks who have medium to advanced level of word processing abilities and technical capabilities with graphic apps. If that's you, you will be a quick study. If you find it dificult to work in a Word document or Powerpoint or other types of programs, this app will have a learning curve for you. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I cut down my use of paper and ink. I save time by modifying PDF's within the application. I can merge multiple documents. It has streamlined processes in our business to get paid faster and run more efficiently.

Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the... Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.

Instructions and Help about Deliver Your PDF Froms Online For Free

You don’t have to edit your documents using one software, and deliver them using another. You can deliver your PDF forms directly from pdfFiller. If you edit and email a dozen documents a day, pdfFiller could save you a lot of time. When you finish editing a PDF document, click the Done button and select Email / SMS from the drop-down menu.

Alternatively, select the document in MY DOCS and click Email / SMS in the right pane.

Add recipients and write them a message. You can send yourself a copy of the document.

You can deliver the entire document or only some pages. Select the pages you want to send in the page preview pane, use Select All and Unselect All buttons. In addition, you can change document’s properties such as page orientation, paper size and quality. Click Settings, make your choice and press OK. Finally, press the orange Send Email button in the top right corner of the page. The recipients will receive your email with a link to the document on pdfFiller; they will not be able to edit the document but will be able to save, print, send, and fax it.
