I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. I would think one copy per company would be about enough. One outstanding feature is that you have boxes for each field that you can type in, this makes life so much easie

An easy to use program, great features, that allows you to complete and edit PDF forms. I'm no computer expert, but found this program straight forward to follow. Makes completing forms online so much easier than printing onto paper and filling out the long way. Would highly recommend it.

I find it so much easier to edit documents, and save for later. Being able to share and easily find them. As well as changing page lay outs for presentations too.

I am having trouble with the Schedule B when it gets half way down the page my screen jumps back to the top and I have a hard time making sure everything is on the right line

What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company

The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.

The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

This app save my tim. It is the cheapest option of all.
Pdfiller is very suitable. It is good for filling, sending, signing. Good support and reliable system.
Sometimes after the updates, it stops working as usual. Some time is needed for waiting for patches.

Can you just change your signature?
Yes, you may change your signature whenever you want to, but it should match your official documents such as passport, driving license, bank accounts etc so that you will not have a problem proving that you are indeed who you say you are.
Can you change your signature at any time?
As Gil Silberman says, you are free to change it arbitrarily whenever you want. So the practical answer is: you'll want to replace your State Driver's License/ID card with your new signature, and then go to every bank where you have an account and update your signature on their records. That's probably it.
When you change your name do you need to change your signature?
We provide the best lawyer[1] in your area. It is not compulsory that you have to change your surname officially after your marriage. It is totally your wish whether you want to change your name officially or not. However, if you do not change your name officially, you can not use your new name as your official signature.
Can your signature be anything?
Usually, a signature is simply someone's name written in a stylized fashion. However, that is not really necessary. The signature can be made by anything that marks the paper. Pencil is not favored because it can smudge and be erased, but a signature made with a pencil is equally valid as a signature in pen.
Can I change my signature on driving License?
DLA will get the photo and signature for your new driving license from your passport. If this is not possible you will not be able to change your photo online. DLA will send you a confirmation email once you've applied. You might be asked to take part in research by email, but you can opt out.
Can you change your signature on your driver's license?
Changing a Habitual Signature Anyone interested in changing her signature from day to day is free to do so without any notice to anyone. To change a signature on a driver's license or passport, she can simply get a new one issued bearing her new signature.
Can I change my signature on my driving License UK?
DLA will get the photo and signature for your new driving license from your passport. If this is not possible you will not be able to change your photo online. DLA will send you a confirmation email once you've applied.
Is it too late to change my signature?
It's never too late. You can always change your signature multiple times, but that'd be too impractical and onerous task, as the procedure to get a new signature is really a tedious one. Because that way you won't need to remember which signature you used for which purpose.
