So this being a followup review I can tell you I still love it as much as I did before. I was able to use it to fill out medical forms and also a form for a winter retreat. The only drawback to this PDFfiller.com is the cost.

What do you like best?
Program is very intuitive and easy to use. I spend less than 10 mins to recreate a document for Customers and it makes a world of difference.

I don't think I have any dislike...or at least none that I've come across too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a must have program...so easy to use and it does it all. Plus an extra bonus is that it's less in cost then the highest competitor. WIN, WIN!

I edit our invoices & receipts. I'm able to provide progress invoices that our system doesn't do. This helps our Customers tremendously to understand paperwork.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

Works well
Works well. Just wish there was a way to sign without the added date and time and logo. No one cares about the logo, they just want a signature that appears real. I still have to print, sign and scan, because of that one issue. Kind of makes it worthless to be able to fill out on line.

How does a disabled person sign legal documents?
Signing by making a mark is useful for a disabled person who is not able to make a signature. Such a person can make a simple mark such as an “X” on the document. Each of the two witnesses must sign the document, stating that they witnessed the marking of the principal, or legally represented person, on the document.
How do blind people sign legal documents?
Direct the signer's hand to the signature block to sign. If the person is unable to sign, a signature by Mark “X” will suffice. Ensure you follow your state notary law requirements regarding Signatures by Mark. Do not allow the signer to use a signature stamp to sign the document.
Can a blind person legally sign a contract?
Blindness is not an impediment to entering into a binding contract. If the person did not want to take the sales person's “word for what the contract said,” the blind person should have had another person read him/her the contract before signing
When notarizing for a person who is blind you are not required to read the document to the document signer?
If a person is unable to sign a document due to visual impairment, many states including Iowa, Michigan and Washington permit the signer to direct the Notary or another person to sign the disabled person's name on the document while the disabled person is present during a notarization.
How does an illiterate person sign?
An X-mark signature is made by a person in lieu of a signature. Due to illiteracy or disability, a person may be unable to append a full signature to a document as an attestation that he or she has reviewed and approved its contents. In order to be legally valid, the X-mark signature must be witnessed.
How do you notarize someone who can't sign?
For a signature by mark, the signer does not have to write out a full name. Instead, they make an 'X' or similar mark in front of witnesses, which can then be notarized. Depending on the state, you may need one or two witnesses.
Can a notary sign on behalf of someone?
Many Notaries have been asked to notarize for a “representative signer” a signer acting on behalf of a company, organization or another person. Some states require additional steps when notarizing for a representative signer.
Do both signers need to be present for notary?
You may notarize the signature of one person appearing before you and then the second person can appear before a Notary in their city/state and have their signature notarized. Each Notary will complete notarial wording for the person appearing before them.
