I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

When I chatted with support When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

How do I type a checkmark in PDF Click on the pdf where you want to enter the tick mark. Change the Add a text comment drop-down font to Wingdings. Hold down the Alt key and press 0252 on the number keypad.
Do the following: Select a comment in the Comments list. From the options menu , select Add Checkmark. You can also right-click the comment and select Add Checkmark. A check mark icon appears on the comment.
So, you would hold down the Alt key and type 10003 on the numeric keypad. When you release the Alt key, the check mark will appear. If you're using a laptop or a keyboard that doesn't have a numeric keypad, you can create the same effect by holding down the Fn key and the Alt key, and then typing the number code.
Place your cursor at the spot where you want to insert the checkmark. Go to Insert Advanced Symbol Symbols. Choose the checkmark symbol that you want. Select Insert.
