PDF Filler Software
The pdfFiller is a game changer. The software saves the user time by allowing the user to complete customizable fields and then sign the documents right on the screen. It eliminates the need to print any paperwork if the user chooses not to. The document can be legibly completed by typing directly into the fields which eliminates the effort of having to physically write out what is needed.
The software helps to save time for the user.
I do not have any dislikes that I would like to share about this product. This product has been a game changer for my business.

Phenomenal Customer Service
Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated. Their customer service is like nothing I have experienced before. Keep up the great work.

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

due to ill health and family committments I couldnt utilse my free month very much but what I did use was brilliant especially the erase function. When I start University in September I will probably sign up for it a sit will be useful. the customer service was especially good.

How to Use the Add Image in VIA Feature
The Add Image in VIA feature allows you to easily insert images into your PDF documents using pdfFiller. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to edit in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Edit' button in the top toolbar.

In the editing mode, navigate to the page where you want to add an image.

Click on the 'Image' button in the left sidebar.

A pop-up window will appear. Here, you have two options to add an image:

Option 1: Upload an image from your computer. Click on the 'Upload' button and select the image file from your computer. Once selected, the image will be uploaded and displayed in the pop-up window.

Option 2: Use an image from your pdfFiller account. Click on the 'MyBox' button and select the image you want to use from your pdfFiller storage. The selected image will be displayed in the pop-up window.

After selecting or uploading the image, you can adjust its size and position by dragging the corners and edges of the image.
