How to compress a PDF? Put all of the PDF documents you want to compress (or just one) into a new folder. Right click on that folder. Select the “Send To” option and then click “Compressed (Zipped) folder.” A new . ZIP file will be created that contains your document(s).
Send a file Touch and hold the file, then tap Share. Tip: To send a smaller version of the file, tap Compress before you tap Share. Then touch and hold the compressed version of the file (identified as a zip file), and tap Share. Choose an option for sending (for example, AirDrop, Messages, or Mail), then tap Send.
Right-click on the file or folder. Move your cursor over the “Send to” option. This will open a new submenu. Select “Compressed (zipped) folder”. To place multiple files into a zip folder, select all of the files while hitting the Ctrl button.
Add your jpg images to a folder, then right click on the folder and select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder. You will end up with both the original and a zipped copy. Add your jpg images to a file, then CTRL-click on the file and select Create Archive. You will also find the option in the File menu.
