I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

Great system. A representative had a little bit of a short temper. I was asking questions because I really did not understand. So, I finished my chat and started a new one with someone different.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller has helped me streamline my forms and remove paper forms for my workplace. I am now able to have all my paper forms eliminated replaced by online forms. Saves alot of paper and trees!
What do you dislike?
The think I dislike is when a user completes a form online and I am notified I have to click the email link, save the form before I am able to view in my dashboard. Be nice to just have the form in my dash ready to go without the other intermediate steps.

It is a great tool that I would recommend to people who are not very tech savvy.

How do I fix gibberish text in PDF?
To fix unreadable text issues, go to the Preprocessing settings inside of your Document Parser (SETTINGS > PREPROCESSING) and set the option "Perform OCR" to "Yes - always perform OCR" as shown in the screenshot below.
How do I edit a checkmark in PDF?
To add or remove checkmark, select the comment, and press Shift + K.
How do I change the color of a checkmark in a PDF flyer?

Why is my PDF showing gibberish?
If the fonts of PDF don't have Unicode tables and do not use standard encoding for mapping the glyph indices to characters then you get garbage characters during copy/paste. Also, there is a possibility the fonts used to create the PDF file are not available on your system.
How do I fix a garbled PDF?
Find your PDF in your files, right click and select Restore previous versions. This will bring up a list of the previously saved versions that are backed up. You can select a file to open and restore, which will bring up a previous, uncorrupted version.
