Overall, it was good.
Saying it is free is misleading.
I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free".
The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

The only issue I had was I had to complete it all in one sitting. Even though I paid for the sertvice it wouldn't let me save it. I started the document 3 times and lost all previous info the first two times.

Honestly, I used this service for one day. I did the whole hoopla, signing up for the service, getting my PDF's and documents taken care of, then went in to cancel my free trial. Well, something went wrong, and I was charged for a full year that I didn't want. But the reason they get 5 stars instead of zero-- they voided the charge same day that I emailed them. They weren't worried about pinching pennies, they were worried about being a good business and doing the right thing. That's a 10/10 in my book. Honestly, I have them bookmarked on my webpage so that if/when I need their services again, I'll definitely be going back!

IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. I have tried many pdf editors as I work with several different forms in the Real Estate Industry. Pdf-filler takes the cake by far! It is simple, easy to learn, and has an entire library of ready made forms. This is my go to for any and all of my document needs.
