I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

I use the website to do my W-2s and it was so easy. Then When I forgot to canceled my subscription because I am to small of a company to use them all the time they were so helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a full refund. There customer service is great and it is an such an easy platform to get things done with.

Can a Lady Bird deed be changed?
Lady bird deeds differ from traditional life estate deeds in that the life tenant continues to have the right to sell or mortgage his / her home without beneficiary consent. In fact, the life tenant is even able to cancel the deed or change the beneficiary.
Can a ladybird deed be reversed?
That claim can only legally be pursued in probate court. Further, under the Deed title to the property passes to the grantee without needing to go through probate. However, if the granter during life exercises the retained right to reclaim ownership then the Lady Bird deed is canceled.
Can you revoke a Lady Bird deed?
You therefore retain full control of the property during your lifetime, and if you decide that you no longer wish to transfer your property to your named beneficiary, you can revoke the Ladybird Deed at any time and transfer the property back into your individual name.
