You can customize the appearance of your invoices and customer-facing receipts from your online Square Dashboard. To start customizing invoices and receipts, visit Account & Settings > Receipt. The appearance of both invoices and digital receipts is managed from this page.
Request payment for goods or services with Square Invoices from your online Square Dashboard, from the Square Invoices app or from the Square Point of Sale app using a supported mobile device. You can create and send invoices, create a recurring invoice series, create and send estimates and schedule invoice deliveries.
On the left pane, select Sales. Select Customers. Find and click the customer's name. From the Transaction List tab, select the sales receipt. Enter the correct number in the Sales Receipt no. field. Click Save and close.
Click the Transactions on the left-hand menu. Locate the receipt transaction and select it to open the details on the right-hand side. Edit the information required, such as: Account, Category, Date, etc.

Select the File tab and select New. Click Receipts in the left task pane. Review the receipts that appear. Click a receipt to see a preview in the right task pane. Download a receipt by clicking the receipt image and the Download button in the right task pane.
Click on the header/logo section of the campaign preview. Click Change Header Image. Crop the image using the provided sliding tool and select whether you'd like to display both the header image and logo. Click Done.
