I like it.. I just can't figure out if I can fill a docment and save it and go back and change it. I also don't like that it is challenging to get data squarely in the center of each square in form. Even if you try to do one square at time so you can manipulate, it connects them and then you can only use them as one field.

I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). My subscription has more than paid for itself and I would - and do - highly recommend PDFfiller to anyone looking for this type of program.

I have used PDFfiller to fill out PDF forms which wow dave required my either purchasing a piece of software or otherwise some other form of complex document manipulation - PDFfiller has made PDF document handling a breeze for me.

overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

Can I adjust status on a visa waiver?
Adjustment of Status for Visa Waiver Program Entrants. Entering the United States through the Visa Waiver Program counts as a lawful entry. However, the law that created the Visa Waiver Program also stipulates that VIP entrants are not allowed to change or adjust their status.
Can I adjust status with deferred action?
An individual with DACA who has a lawful entry and that has married a U.S. citizen may generally file an adjustment of status application. The principal form is Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status. But an adjustment of status package typically includes several other additional forms.
What does defer action status mean?
In United States administrative law, deferred action is an immigration status which the executive branch can grant to undocumented migrants. This does not give them legal status, but can indefinitely delay their deportation.
Who qualifies for deferred action?
Individuals who meet the following criteria can apply for deferred action for childhood arrivals: are under 31 years of age as of June 15, 2012. Came to the U.S. while under the age of 16. Have continuously resided in the U.S. from June 15, 2007, to the present.
What happens if adjustment of status is denied?
Adjustment of status is granted at the discretion of USCIS. If your application for adjustment of status has been denied, you can be subject to deportation (removal) proceedings. Seek the assistance of an experienced U.S. immigration attorney. The attorney can help you decide what to do next.
Can you adjust status on ESTA?
citizens will be allowed to adjust status after entering the U.S. under ESTA: spouses, children (under 21 years of age and unmarried, and parents if the citizen is 21 years of age or older.
Can you stay in the US while adjusting status?
If you have filed Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status, you generally are not confined by the restrictions on your nonimmigrant visa. You have the right to remain in the United States while the application is pending. As an F-1 student, you could potentially drop out of school.
Can ESTA change status?
People who enter on ESTA are also not permitted to change status. If you want to change your status, you will have to file Form I-539, Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status and submit the filing fee, which is currently $370.
