It was hard to figure out how to get started, and I made some mistakes in the beginning. I saved two files too soon and now I don't know how to erase them because when I try it says if I delete it it will no longer be shared. Is it okay to delete it anyway?

I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

I love this app
I love this app, it makes sure to compensate for all the things which you would need to do for schoolwork. Personally though, I think it would make more sense to market it with ads rather than subscription. This is really useful for students who are homeschooled or aren't able to go to school and students usually don't have much in their pockets to pay for these kinds of things.

I found that I no longer needed pdfFiller but the subscription was renewed. Upon advising prfFiller they promptly refunded the subscription. A good and honest company.

This program is new to me...so far no…
This program is new to me...so far no issues. Well one small one. when I used a different device, it asked me to verify with a code. they gave me the code but it would not let me type in the code. Howervr I was sill able to use the program without the code.

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have...
easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.

How do you modify a lease agreement?
Your landlord can change a rental agreement at any time during the term of the agreement, with or without your consent. Changes must be made with adequate notice. Notice periods are 30 days in most states. Changing a lease is harder because both parties must consent to almost any change.
Can you change the length of your lease?
Since a lease is more binding than a month-to-month rental agreement, it will be more difficult to change the lease agreement. A landlord is under no obligation to change the terms of their agreement. However, if landlord and tenant reach a mutual agreement, it can be done.
Can you shorten your lease?
No, not without the landlord's agreement to amend the lease to shorten its duration, or a signed lease termination agreement.
Is there any way to get out of an apartment lease?
If you are unable or unwilling to find a replacement renter, your lease or landlord may offer you the chance to simply pay your way out of the lease with a termination agreement. In many cases, this will involve paying several months rent after you move out and giving up your security deposit.
How can I get out of a lease after signing?
Once the landlord and tenant sign a lease and a copy is delivered to the both parties, it becomes a valid contract. Contacting the landlord by verbal or written means within three days of signing it will not automatically terminate the contract.
