First time trying this app/website. So far it has worked perfectly for what I needed it to do. So only time will tell in order for me to find out if it'll work good for any other different edits I may need in the future. Only downside so far is when I first used it I just used it on their website and after I finished my first edit I went and searched pdffiller in the app store and I downloaded the app and I started my second edit thru the app. I noticed that when editing in/thru the app I didn't have at least 1 of the features that I had/used when I was doing my first edit so I ended up closing the app and finishing my second edit thru their website bcos the main reason I needed an edit document app was so that I could delete the pages from a few documents that werent needed to shorten the document itself and in the app it wouldn't let me delete any of the pages. The only option the app would give me that had to do with the pages was if I wanted to change the order the pages were originally in then I could choose what order I wanted the pages in but there wasn't any delete pages option but other then that I love pdffiller so far! Although I really wish/think the account subscription price in order to actually use the app should be cheaper. Which for the cheapest/bare minimum options they give you is $8 monthly which I think is expensive considering. I personally think it should be at the most $4 monthly. Or have an option where it's $2 monthly and then depending on how often you use it and what you have to use it for, then there should be a small $.75¢ - $2.00 charge/fee depending on what you'll be editing and how many tools you'll be using and then that should be how the company decides how much to charge per edit and then the customer can decide what exactly they want to do for edits and what they don't etc. I don't know I just think $8 monthly is really high especially for someone like me that will likely only use it a couple times a year and I'd be more likely to keep the subscription and not just do the free trial if it was lower then $4 a month otherwise it's not worth it for me to keep the subscription after the 30 day free trial but that's just me personally

Handy service. Swift support. I am amazed Let me share with you my experience frankly. I needed to edit a one single pdf document. Found this service. Registered for a free trial. Edited the document swiftly and smoothly. And forgot about it. Till the moment I received a charge for the yearly subscription. Which, admittedly, is not low at all (though may be reasonable to those who use this service).Anyway, I contacted pdfFiller support team, and I was surprised by both: 1) the fact that they immediately agreed to issue a refund, as it met their policy (I canceled in less than 24 hours, actually, immediately) 2) that even though they told that I will receive the money back within 1-5 business days - I got it within a few minutes. I am perplexed. The only pity really is that I can't afford it

Once signed and notarized, the affidavits must be filed with the probate court in the county where the property is physically located. A certified copy of the death certificate and a copy of the will, if any, must be attached to each affidavit, along with title documents for real estate and other large assets.
The judge must approve the small estate affidavit for it to be valid. Once the form is approved, you can use it to request distributions of assets that were owned by the deceased and are being held by companies or people. As stated above, the Texas small estate affidavit applies only where there was no will in place.
Filing for a Small Estate If there is a Will, the Executor files the original Will and a certified death certificate with the small estate affidavit petition and other supporting documents in the Surrogate's Court in the county where the Decedent had their primary residence.
Collecting Property With a Small Estate Affidavit. Arizona offers a procedure that allows inheritors to skip probate altogether. To qualify, the estate (the property you own at death) must meet these requirements: the value of all personal property (that's any property except real estate) can't exceed $75,000.
Filing the small estate affidavit involves a two-step process. The first step is to file the affidavit with the county probate court. For purposes of the affidavit, the county of filing is the county where the property is physically located.
The Affidavit is used only to transfer title of a deceased person's real property, including a debt secured by a lien on real property.
This document is known as the “Affidavit for Collection of Personal Property Pursuant to Small Estate Proceeding,” and can only be used for modest estates valued at $25,000 or less. It should be noted that if the deceased owned any real estate, this affidavit may not be used to transfer said property to a successor.
How ownership is transferred. To get title to the property after your death, the beneficiary must record a certified copy of the death certificate in the recorder's office. No probate is necessary. Use Nolo's Quicken WillMaker to make a beneficiary deed or transfer on death deed in any state that allows it.
