I can't verify that my completed forms are actually sent to recipients. Programs keeps requesting me to have my e-mail verified but no code is ever sent to my e-mail.

This is an absolutely AMAZING service
This is an absolutely AMAZING service, the only reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cost. To expect people to pay so much money (especially during the pandemic) when everyone needs to work and operate from home is unconscionable. If this service was, say, $12.99/mo. then I would most definitely pay it. However, the monthly cost is nearly three times that high, and it is not something I can afford on unemployment benefits of $235 per week. This service is amazing and efficient, but the company is not being realistic about the current cost of its services. And no, offering annual payments of $200+ is not a viable solution.

The Borrower: This is the individual or business that has taken out the loans. The Senior Lender: The current lender having the first rights to any payout in the event of default. The Junior Lender: The lender that will become the 'senior lender' once the subordination agreement comes into effect.
Who is the subordination agreement signed by?
A subordination agreement must be signed and acknowledged by a notary and recorded in the official records of the county to be enforceable.
Can a lender refuse to subordinate?
Owning a debt against your home gives lenders certain rights. A creditor who is subordinate (lower priority) to another lien on the home has the right of refusal. A lender in any lower lien position must agree to the new higher priority debt.
