The Portable Document Format or PDF is a common file format used for business forms because you can access them from any device. You can open it on any computer or smartphone — it'll appear same for all of them.

The next key reason is data security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're safe for sharing data from person to person. That’s why it is essential to find a secure editing tool when working online. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve opened their documents and track any and all potential security breaches.

pdfFiller is an online document management and editing tool that lets you create, edit, sign, and share your PDFs directly from your web browser. Convert MS Word file or a Google sheet, start editing it and create fillable fields to make a document singable. Once you finish editing a document, you can send it to recipients to complete and get a notification when it’s completed.

I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

Love it I love it and have recommended it to friends and collegues. Love the ability to change forms around and manipulate the forms to move entire sections around and still keep things neat and professional looking. The dashboard is messy and not as well organized as it could be.
