The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. Would have been five stars other than for that.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. It works. After dealing with another program for five years, that suddenly became dysfunctional as they upgraded, we are happy to have landed into your world.

Great Customer Service
Great customer service, very quick reply and they took care of my issue immediately. Highly recommend this company. I did use the service as a free trial once and it's well worth the yearly fee if you have a need for a service where you can fill out, update and/or use .pdf documents.

Although I do find it a bit difficult to find some of the forms that I am searching for I do like the program completely because it offers me the flexibility to take care of my business and to edit the necessary forms needed for my work. But I wish you would get a larger database of forms and templates for us to draw upon.
