It has allowed me to "type" forms that I would have otherwise needed to hand write or type on an old fashioned typewriter (which I still have). I didn't like the way the numeric columns lined up. I didn't see a way to insure that they were all right aligned.

I had to use pdf Filler to fill out some online divorce documents, and after being initially upset at having to pay for a monthly subscription for a year to print it (very upset), I sucked it up, signed up, and have never stopped using it. Just discovered the eraser...very cool.

With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I use PDFfiller for electronic signatures and it has an easy system to integrate with my google drive letters.
I used another company before switching and I love the easy usage I have found with PDFfiller.

I lost all my forms that I filled out. I have to get blanks and start over. I'am not compurter literate. I could not retrieve my filled forms. What a waste of my time, No body bothered to let me know how l could retreve them. Only worried about what grade they would get.

I love this tool
I love this tool. I shared it with my mom who still has to fax things and I did not want her leaving her home to fax at other businesses. I think a video on how to create more fillable boxes would be helpful. Although I figured it out, it took me about 30 minutes. I can imagine for even less tech savvy people it could take longer.

I made a mistake and accidentally…
I made a mistake and accidentally signed up for this service. When I got the bill for $96, I was shocked. I thought it was going to be such a hassle and was so pleasantly surprised. I got a full refund within an hour of writing to them with a very nice note.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures...
I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
