The PDF writer worked perfect for what I needed Pretty easy to use and worked just as advised. I needed this to fill out PDF documents vs. printing them out and hand writing them. In addition finish product is neat and looks professional. Don't have any negatives other than if it where free it would be even better, but the fee is small in relationship to what you gain.

Log into Chart. From the Bills tab, select the Pay My Bill option. Select your account number this will access your current balance, as well as previous statements and payments.
Click on the “Forgot Chart Username?” link on the Chart login page. When prompted, enter your name, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and your date of birth to receive your Username by e-mail.

On the Chart login page you can recover your Chart username or password using the links labeled “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?”. If you are unable to recover your information using these links please call us at (320) 240-7897 between 8AM and 4:30PM Monday-Friday.
Recover Your Chart ID If you have an email address on file then your Chart ID will be sent to your email account. If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid email address on file, you must call Chart Technical Support at 216.444. 1740 or toll-free at 1.866. 915.3383 for assistance.
The most common reason is due to too many failed attempts to login. For security reasons, Chart will lock down or deactivate your account after five (5) failed attempts to login. To regain access to your account, please you may contact the Chart Support team at MyChartSupport@tpcllp.com.
Below are some options to help you print specific information from your Chart account. On your personal computer: Select and hold the Ctrl key and the P key at the same time. Then release both keys. A print menu will open.
To reactivate your account, please contact the Chart Customer Service Center 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays: (585) 275-8762, 1 (888) 661-6162 (choose Option 1). After verifying your identity, we will give you a temporary password to use to log in; you'll then be asked to create a new password.
Technical assistance (including password assistance) can be reached by calling 1-855-551-6555, 7 days a week: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. You may be able to save yourself a phone call by reading answers to frequently asked questions about Chart.
Users may request deactivation of an account by contacting the Chart patient help desk at (877) 768-0732. We reserve the right to deactivate or prevent a user's access to any or all Chart features at any time for any reason.
