Very smooth and easy. A little set back by only being able to elect monthly or yearly before being able to print, basically buying something you haven't seen. I paid for a year, doubtful I'll use it more than a few times. Would have preferred a "This Time Only" charge. But I like the ease of the product.

I have had limited use since I became a subscriber. I have difficulty printing the PDF file
I was working on and asked your online help desk what I could do to remedy that but

I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to Alice from support

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

Open up a new Word document and type your list of items. Select the entire list and create a bulleted list by going Home Paragraph Bullets Define New Bullet. Click on Symbol and then browse through to use a font like Wingdings. Print the checklist.
