Excellent and modern convenience

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. Great customer service
I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have. Her messages were friendly and the response time was very quick.

I liked the idea that I can modify a document with ease, but the yearly rate for educators is too much. I probably would have continued if I was given a reasonable monthly option. I do have a few subscriptions that I keep on a monthly option. So, keep that on mind when you are working with teachers.
