My very small office (staff of 9)!needed a professional looking and very easy to use application for filling and signing document. I downloaded 8'different apps/programs for trial and comparison. PDF Filler left every other program / app in its' dust.

Everything has been great, with the exception that it takes a while to open up the documents on mybox. There should be a feature for ''QUICKVIEW" of the document you want to open.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Reduce the file size of your Excel spreadsheets Go to File > Options > Save. Under Save workbooks, in the Save files in this format list, select Excel Binary Workbook.
A good way to reduce your Excel file size is to get rid of the empty rows and columns. Here's how to do that: Select all unused rows and columns (Shortcut = Ctrl+Shift+Right/Down Arrow) Right-click > Delete.
Press Ctrl+Shift+down to select all the rows that already contain data. ( DO NOT select the whole column by selecting from the top) Press and hold Control and the press the right arrow. So Ctrl+Right. Then press Ctrl-Down. Then press Delete. Save.
Hide Rows and Columns in Excel Open your workbook and select the worksheet you want to hide rows and columns in. Press and hold the Shift and Ctrl keys on the keyboard. Right-click one of the row headings to open the contextual menu. The worksheet now shows only the data in rows 1 through 30.
How to Limit Number of Rows Click on the row number below the last row we want to make it visible to others and press Ctrl+Shift+Down Arrow keys to select all the remaining rows of the worksheet. In the Cells group on Home tab, click on Format down arrow > From Hide $ Unhide section select the Hide Rows.
