A Great Time Saving Tool This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time. The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.

I super recommend it! Editing PDFs when you don't have the source document's has never been easier. You can erase what's written and replace it. What I like the least is that this software is a little bit slow sometimes. But overall, I recommend it.

Use the built-in compression feature Open File Explorer window on your device. Go to the Share tab and click on the GIF files you want to compress. Next, select Zip. A compressed folder will be automatically created in the same location with the same name as the file/folder you zipped.
Step 1: Go to the online image compressor and click the Add Images button to upload one or more GIF files. Make sure the maximum number of GIF files is 40, and the maximum size of each GIF file is 5 MB. Step 2: Once GIF files are uploaded, this website will compress your GIF files automatically.
Unlike the original video file that you uploaded, a GIF image contains multiple frames — the longer the duration, the more frames. So your 2 seconds of video, could contain up to 20 or more images within a single GIF file.
Lossy GIF compression GIF compressor optimizes GIFs using Visible and Lossy GIF encoder, which implements lossy LAW compression. It can reduce the animated GIF file size by 30%—50% at the cost of some dithering/noise. You can adjust the compression level with a simple slider to get the best result for your use case.
If you're on a Mac, ImageOptim is the best solution. As well as lossless compressing GIFs, it can also handle JPEGs and PNGs. For Windows users, FileOptimizer also uses Visible to power its GIF compression. As well as images, FileOptimizer seems to be able to compress just about everything.
To make your GIF as efficient as possible:Crop any extra space around the image. When you prepare a GIF image, reduce the output dimensions. Reduce the number of colors in the image. Reduce the number of frames in the image for animated GIFs. If you use Photoshop, create a GIF file by using the Export As menu item. More items•Dec 18, 2020
