I have had a very good experiente with pdf filler. I added an identification tag to almíscar all pdf files I had to send to the Court.
I was a Little disappointed because there is not a tool to make these files less heavy... but may be you can develop it soon...

PDFfiller is a great resource for business needs and ordinary forms we use every day. I'm finding as I use PDF filler more, the more I see the value for business and tax time. I'm still exploring PDFfiller. I've not had a problem using the program and instructions are available. How do I delete multiple pages in a PDF?
Choose Tools > Organize Pages. Or, select Organize Pages from the right pane. Select pages to delete: Click the page thumbnail of any page or pages you want to delete, then click the Delete icon to remove the page or pages from the file.
Why can't I delete pages from PDF?
Go to Edit-Preferences and in the Documents section see if PDF/A View Mode is set to Always. Change it to Never, then try to delete pages. I remember reading in other threads that if you close the PDF then reopen it, you may then be able to delete the pages.
How do I add and remove pages from a PDF?
Click “File→Open” to add your large PDF document, the pages will be listed as thumbnails below;
