Click the “File” drop down menu and go to “Optimize”. Here, you can choose three options for how to make a PDF smaller to email. Choose between Low, medium, and high compression.
Choose File > Print. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select Tile All Pages to expose the Tile Scale % option. For Tile Scale, type the percentage you want to magnify or reduce the PDF. Click OK or Print.
Make sure you are in Edit Mode. Select your image, so you can see the red border. Hold down your mouse button over one of the circles on the border. Drag your mouse cursor, and you will see the outline for the new image size. Release your mouse button to resize the image in your PDF.
