What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!

The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

Still requires a flash extension so browsers llike Chrome no longer supported

Saving the doc from the pdf fillable to Word and then making any changes, changes spacing and became difficult to navigate the changes when trying to save as.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. How can I verify my identity?
Verifying in person Usually, verifying the person standing in front of you is the quickest, easiest, and most effective means of verifying identity. The most common method is to require at least one government-issued, photo ID card (e.g., driver's license, state ID card, or Passport) to be presented.
Is a temporary paper ID valid?
TSA says that it accepts valid driver licenses and identification cards from all states to board an airplane until January 22, 2018. The District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles' temporary, paper credential is a valid form of identification.
Can you get into a bar with a temporary paper ID?
You must bring the official paper temporary ID as well as your expired ID. If you lost your ID and only have a temporary paper one, you will not be admitted to a 21+ show or allowed at the bar for an all-ages show.
Can I use a temporary ID to buy alcohol?
No. A temporary driving permit or ID card receipt is not a form of identification because it does not contain any identifying information, such as a photograph.
Do bars accept temporary IDs Washington?
Driver's license, Instruction permit, or ID card issued by any US State or Territory, the District of Columbia, or any Canadian province. Note: for Washington State ID's this would include Regular and Enhanced. Therefore, the new temporary license by itself is not acceptable to purchase alcohol.
Can you get into a bar with an expired ID?
Technically, expired ID is not acceptable identification. They should accept it in conjunction with your new paper ID, though someone else already mentioned that.
Is a temporary license a valid form of ID?
Your temporary driver license is valid for driving purposes as a stand-alone document. Only the permanent license or non-driver identification card that is mailed to you will be REAL ID compliant.
Can I use temporary license as ID?
The TSA requires a government issued photo ID. Most permanent state drivers licenses, but not all, are acceptable. If ALL you have by way of current ID is a temporary driver's license bring whatever photo ID you may have particularly if it is an expired valid ID, along with the driver's license, with you.
