Then When I forgot to canceled my subscription because I am to small of a company to use them all the time they were so helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a full refund. There customer service is great and it is an such an easy platform to get things done with.

I love how easy it is to use when filling out multiple page forms such as medical forms.
Price Point. If you don't do a lot of forms/saving forms you should pay a lessor amount.

Select Account Info and enter your Account Number and Security Code, located on your bill. Confirm that you're not a robot and select Continue. Verify Your Identity by receiving a code via text, email or a phone call. Enter the verification code on the next screen.

On the Spectrum.net homepage, select Forgot Username or Password? Located under the Sign-In button. Select an option on the next screen.
