I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Great. But may steps to create a PDF. Also deleting pages is not included as standard. But there are easy workarounds to this restriction. So why have this restriction?

i thought it was a free program but I needed to pay for it when I tried to print the document, it required payment. I did so, but then complained to the company and they fully refunded my money

Users new to e-signature platforms always struggle with how to use it, indicating that some more work needs to be done to make it 'dummy proof'.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best? With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease What do you dislike? I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating
