Cut out 4-6 copies of your design from card stock. Glue the layers together. You don't need to coat the layers with glue, just enough to hold them together in a stack. For my design I added glue right in the center and then on each of the 4 corners, that's it. Allow drying.

What is a Notary Seal? As a Notary, your official Notary seal stamp or seal embosser is your most-used tool. The Notary seal is the impression of the Notary Public inked stamp or crimping embosser. It is used to authenticate the Notary's signature and make the notarial act official.
Choose the appropriate seal for the document to be stamped. Insert the die and counter-die into the handheld embosser. The raised portion of the seal (the die) should face upward to imprint the seal as a relief into the paper. Insert the document between the seal and the lower metal plate of the embosser.
According to 34 CFR 3.1 (b) [Title 34 Education. Subtitle A -- Office of the Secretary, Department of Education. Part 3 -- Official Seal], the term Embossing Seal means a display of the form and content of the Official Seal made on a die so that the Seal can be embossed on paper or other media.
In the printing industry, Embossing refers to a method of pressing an image into paper or card stock to create a three-dimensional design. Text, logos and other images can all be formed by the embossing method. Embossing results in a raised surface, with the design higher than the surrounding paper area.
Think of deposing as the opposite of embossing. Deposing is when an image (logo, text, etc.) is imprinted into your print piece, creating a depressed effect. Just like embossing, you can choose to leave the deposed area untouched or fill it in with ink or foil stamping.
