I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. So far PDFfiller has been extremely easy to use and very useful! I previously used another program to convert and to edit PDF documents. Although it was also easy to use, this one is much easier and has way more options.

It was very easy to Fill out the PDF. Then I was suprised I could also mail it, from the same website.
I can upload a PDF and have it mailed, even by Certified Mail.
That you can mail or fax the PDF. You can like email to fax. Which is very good. Especially since I don't have a phone anymore, let alone a fax, since I just use my Cell Phone.
Technical support is terrific. They are always availble, they know everything, they are very helpful. For example, one technician let me email him my PDF, he fixed it for me, and emailed back to me.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that PDF Filler is available on the fly whether you're on your phone, iPad, or desktop. It's easy to sign, fill out forms, edit, etc.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the load times when opening a pdf document. Also, I do not like the fact that I cannot automatically send a pdf to SignNow without having to logout and log back into PDFFiller.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use PDF filler for all my real estate transactions. Because I've pre-filled all my personal information, it's easy to just substitute the rest of the information on the forms. It makes life a breeze!
