Once it is uploaded, click the arrow on the “Done” button, and choose “Save As” from the dropdown menu.

You can also use the “Save As” feature directly from your “My Documents” page. If the PDF document is already uploaded to your account, click “Save As” in the “My Documents” folder. Honestly it’s pretty solid all the way around, maybe if there were an easier way to export files but that’s really no big deal.
